{"id":58300,"date":"2023-09-26T16:59:04","date_gmt":"2023-09-26T16:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noticiastres.com\/?p=58300"},"modified":"2023-09-26T16:59:07","modified_gmt":"2023-09-26T16:59:07","slug":"la-nueva-normativa-del-banco-central-que-afecto-a-mercado-pago","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiastres.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/26\/la-nueva-normativa-del-banco-central-que-afecto-a-mercado-pago\/","title":{"rendered":"LA NUEVA NORMATIVA DEL BANCO CENTRAL QUE AFECT\u00d3 A MERCADO PAGO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para minimizar riesgos de fraude, el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcra.gob.ar\/\" title=\" Banco Central\"> Banco Central<\/a> a partir del 1 de diciembre \u00a0reemplazar\u00e1 la carga de saldo de d\u00e9bito inmediato por Transferencias Inmediatas Pull, un tipo de solicitud que necesitar\u00e1 autorizaci\u00f3n para acreditar \u00a0fondos en la cuenta del usuario de la billetera virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el BCRA, el prop\u00f3sito de este cambio, consensuado con todos los actores con participaci\u00f3n en el sistema de pagos del pa\u00eds, es optimizar las operaciones y mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios y dotar al sistema de mejores est\u00e1ndares de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta regla, los usuarios deben autorizar con su banco el d\u00e9bito autom\u00e1tico solicitado desde las billeteras virtuales. As\u00ed, esta medida afectar\u00e1 a 4 millones de usuarios de Mercado Pago, que no podr\u00e1n cargar dinero desde sus cuentas bancarias de forma directa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;En este sentido, desde la aplicaci\u00f3n se afirm\u00f3: \u201cNueve de cada diez personas no logr\u00f3 ingresar dinero a sus cuentas desde la billetera digital, generando inconvenientes en la experiencia al obligar a los usuarios a atravesar m\u00faltiples pasos en sus home banking e incluso a acercarse a un cajero autom\u00e1tico para poder operar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Por una norma del Banco Central (BCRA) que fue impulsada por los bancos tradicionales, m\u00e1s de 4 millones de personas van a tener dificultades para ingresar dinero a su cuenta digital de Mercado Pago.<\/p>&mdash; Mercado Pago (@mercadopago) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mercadopago\/status\/1706388041017749816?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 25, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualmente, en el sistema monetario argentino se utiliza el Debin (D\u00e9bito autom\u00e1tico, un sistema que cre\u00f3 el BCRA y permite ingresar dinero desde sus cuentas bancarias de manera autom\u00e1tica. Seg\u00fan la empresa de Galper\u00edn, el Debin es el medio de transferencia m\u00e1s seguro que existe y tiene el \u00edndice de fraude m\u00e1s bajo del que se tiene registro en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Esta medida es un nuevo ataque a la inclusi\u00f3n financiera, va a afectar de forma negativa la experiencia de millones de personas e inducir\u00e1 al uso del efectivo.
